Refund Policy

This policy covers the Goblin Tools Pro subscription ($3 / €3 / £3 per month). Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record and seller of record for the subscription, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. This policy is intended to be consistent with those terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which opens Paddle's billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; it is not itself a refund of the current month.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Goblin Tools Pro gives you access straight away, you agree at checkout that your subscription starts immediately; once it has started and you have begun using it, this 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Outside those regions there is no statutory cooling-off period, so refunds are at Paddle's and our discretion. In practice, if something has gone wrong, you were charged by mistake, or a renewal went through that you did not intend, contact us and we will look at it fairly and refund where appropriate. We do not normally refund a period that has already been used, since Pro is a low-cost subscription you can cancel at any time.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by Paddle, as merchant of record, to your original payment method. To request one, email contact@goblin.tools from the address on your account, or use the "Manage billing" link in your account settings to reach Paddle directly. Approved refunds are usually returned within a few business days.
