These terms govern your use of Goblin Tools (goblin.tools) and the optional Goblin Tools Pro subscription. Goblin Tools is a product of Skyhook BV, the company that operates the site; in these terms "we", "us" and "Goblin Tools" mean Skyhook BV. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The free tools

The tools on Goblin Tools are provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. They use AI to help break down tasks, rewrite text, estimate effort and similar. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, so please use your own judgement and do not rely on it for anything important, medical, legal, financial or safety-related. Skyhook BV is not responsible for the results the tools produce or for how you use them.

2. Goblin Tools Pro

Goblin Tools Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds cross-device sync, per-tool history, templates, shareable lists and custom instructions. It costs $3 / €3 / £3 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record and the seller of record for the subscription. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required; Paddle handles tax collection and invoicing.

3. Accounts

A Pro account is created and secured through Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use Goblin Tools to break the law, to generate or distribute harmful, hateful or illegal content, to abuse or overload the service, or to attempt to access other users' data. Lists you share publicly must not contain unlawful content; we may remove shared content and suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type. With a Pro account, some of it is stored on our servers so it is available on your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and, for lists you choose to share, to anyone who opens the share link.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyhook BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Goblin Tools or its output. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
